Reception Area - Daily

  • Such areas are of high importance and much be left In a first class condition at all times

  • Vacuum all floor areas including entrance matting

  • Damp mop hard floor surfaces with the correct floor maintainer

  • Floor area to be machine burnished as appropriate

  • Empty and replace waste bins, collect waste paper etc, and transfer to disposal points using refuses sacks. Replace liners as appropriate

  • Reception desk to be cleaned

  • Dust telephones. And entry systems

  • All glass to be spot cleaned giving special attention to entrance doors and panels

  • Special attention to be given to ledges, skirting and sills - up to normal hand height (5'6")

  • Marks and stains due to spillage and soiling shall be treated for removal by an approved method. Stains that are awkward to remove shall be reported to the customer.

  • Damp-wipe doors, door furniture and legit switches to remove hand marks

  • Remove all hand marks and scuffs from doors, walls and paintwork

  • Remove cobwebs

  • Exterior front entrance to be kept clean and free of litter, chewing gum and leaves and washed daily

  • Chair legs to be wiped clean and dry buffed

Reception - Quarterly

  • Machine scrub and seal hard floors

Toilets - Daily

  • Thoroughly sweep all floors

  • Thoroughly wash all floors using germicidal disinfectant detergent and leave smear free.

  • Empty and replace waste bins, collect litter and transfer to disposal points. Bin liners are to be change daily

  • Replenish consumable items from clients stock or as supplied by PSS.

  • Wash WC pans, wash basins using germicidal disinfectant and dry polish

  • Damp-dust and dry-polish taps and all plated metal work

  • Dry-polish mirrors

  • Damp-dust dryers, pipes, cisterns, sanitary disposal units and towel cabinets

  • Remove finger marks from painted Formica and tiled surfaces

Toilets - Quarterly

  • Floor areas to be machine scrubbed and sealed

  • All high level areas to be cleaned

  • Limescale to be removed from all sanitary ware.

Staircases, Landings & Lift Lobbies - Daily

  • Any pictures, mirrors to be cleaned

  • Lifts to be vacuumed moped and display panels to be cleaned

  • All interior and exterior surfaces to be cleaned to lift car

  • Vacuum lift door runners.

  • Stairs to be vacuumed

  • Hand rails to be wiped clean and dry buffed

  • Stair nosing to be kept clean

  • Remove all marks and scuffs form doors, walls and paintwork

  • Dust/wipe fire extinguishers and all skirting

  • Remove cobwebs

Stairs, Landings & Lift Lobbies - Quarterly

  • Shampoo all carpets in all common areas. (We would recommend that we review this for the first quarter. We are aware that new carpet has just been laid and as we are entering the summer months and they only need spot cleaning)

  • Car park

  • Clean out gully's and surface water drainage

  • Ensure roller shutter doors control is cleaned

  • Litter pick car park daily

  • Thoroughly sweep clean car park once per week.

  • Remove cobwebs

  • Check and empty butt bis on external fire escape stairs
