Floors

  • Floor is stable, fully intact and sealed ( no holes/cracks, no protrusions, no contaminants, no split seams, no oil stains, no excessive wood splinters, no loose boards, no weak flooring, no wet spots, no water damage or signs of leaks)

Walls/Sidewalls

  • Walls are fully intact and sealed ( no holes, no leaks, no visible light, no wet paint, no excess material, no split seams, no excess rust)

Roof

  • Roof is fully intact and sealed ( no holes, no evidence of leaks, no visible light, no split seams or rust spots)

Odors and smells

  • Significant odor, musty, chemical, food, or wax smell that can be absorbed by our product.

Accept/reject

  • Accept

Product Customer Inspection Information

  • Staged material has been inspected by two different team members (all sides of all bales).

  • All CMF530 units have 8 bands; CMC530 (10-12 wires); CMC520/535 (7-12 wires).

  • Visible contamination - metal, oil, grease, wood, bugs, plastic, or orange spots.

  • All labels are attached, matching numbers, legible, no streaks or voids in barcode.

  • All unit IDs checked against BOL.

  • Holes in plastic wrapping (used blue patching tape; any holes > 10" rewrapped).

  • Was container clean? (Check for wood, plastic, nails, debris, etc.)

  • Was loading area free of contaminants (oil, dirt wire, plastic, insects)?

During Loading

  • Were corrugated risers/dunnage placed at door of container for specific sites (India, Ben Cat Vietnam, Cairo Egypt, Abora Spain, and all China sites?

  • Did Loader drag any packages on the floor?

  • Was this addressed with loader

  • Did you address concerns with loader

  • Was wrap torn on packages?

  • Were packages repaired with blue packing tape

  • How many packages repaired

  • Record track numbers of affected packages

  • Were any packages observed to be damaged otherwise (edges, gouges, dirt, insect contamination, bottoms)?

  • Were packages downgraded in PTS and moved to repulp

  • How many packages downgraded

  • Record track numbers of affected packages

  • CMC530 (18 units/load export, 22 domestic).

  • CMF530 (36 units/load export, 44 domestic).

  • Proper clearance to close doors at end of trailer/container.

  • Last set of units can be loaded with dock plate in place.

  • 2" to 3" gap between end of last units and end of trailer/container.

Upon Completion of Loading

  • Was copy of BOL and C of A for CMC530 loads affixed to load inside container/trailer?

  • Container ID and seal double-checked/entered properly.

  • Both TM's and driver signed copy of BOL.
