A. Walking Surfaces

Fall Protection

  • Catwalks 12" or less from the floor and 6' or less from the roof edge

  • End wall scaffolds 12" or less from the floor and catwalks

Saw Safety

  • Guards in place and working properly

  • Gloves and loose clothing removed while operating

Nail Gun Safety

  • Nail gun is sequential fire (where applicable)

  • Tool is in good working condition

Line Roll

  • Floor cleared by line roll operator

  • Line roll chains in good repair

  • Spotter utilized during the line roll

Hoist Safety

  • Controls clearly marked

  • Rigging in good condition and load capacity marked

  • Loads not left suspended and unattended
