Method Steps

1. After meeting, log into production line (3 ltos) or production line down (4 ltos)

2. Fill out equipment check out sheet for lift

3. Determine whether to throw headline or pull from aps depending on product build up
-
4. Pull pallets of product from AP's and stage in proper location as directed by the ticket (Tall Side or Short Side)

5. Properly hand palletize each individual item accordingly to product number and T x H in stall<br>

6. Place all Simplot on plastic slipsheets and all Heinz on fiber slipsheets<br><br><br><br>

7. Remove full pallet from stall and set on aps for wrapping, ticket application, and staging
-
8. Install sorted pallets into pallet hoppers
-
9. Stock fiber slipsheets or black plastic into each location on the handline throughout the shift
-
10. Hand wrap pallets when aps are up or aps are backed up, place in ticketing area by ticket shack
-
