• This review allows you to provide feedback on the 'look and feel' of Vending machines, the questions focus on the what the customer/consumer see and touch. Coke Vending has machine โ€˜telemetryโ€™ provides visibility of whether machines are filled and working. The audit allows us to assess whether a machine is clean, presentable and attractive to customers and is aligned to the overarching vending strategy to have all machines "clean, filled and working."

 • Record the Equipment Plate number - this can found near the coin slot and will contain 7 characters i.e. 17V1234

 • Take a photo of the machine:

 • Are the lights working?
* All lights in the machine must be working.

(You can click on the paperclip ๐Ÿ“Ž button on the right to "Add Actions" or "Add Images" )

 • Is the machine working?
* Check the displays for any error messages. Check for visible issues such as product jams or empty columns.

(You can click on the paperclip ๐Ÿ“Ž button on the right to "Add Actions" or "Add Images" )

 • What issue has been identified

 • Are the payment systems working? If you can't test all 3 payment methods, test what you can.
To test:
* Put a coin in the machine (check it gives you 'credit') and reject the coin, this will confirm coin mechanism is working. If the coin doesn't give you credit or isn't returned there is an issue.
* Tap your card on the card reader - your card should 'pre-authorise' if working. Press the reject button to cancel pre-authorisation
* Enter a note in the note reader (max $10 note) and reject it.
(You can click on the paperclip ๐Ÿ“Ž button on the right to "Add Actions" or "Add Images" )

 • Is the machine clean?
* Check the exterior, glass, delivery bin, top and sides of machines.
* Check dust on top of note acceptor, & on ledge at the base of the door in Glass Fronted Vendors. Sticker/sticky tape residue is not acceptable
* Check that the exterior is in good condition and appropriate for the products available
* Ensure that selection buttons are in good condition and functioning

 • What was not clean
