  • Employees working at 6 feet or more above lower level using fall protection?

  • Employees using appropriate equipment and anchor point capable of supporting 5,000 lbs?

Fire Protection

  • Only NFPA approved containers used for fuel and stored outside or in approved flammable liquid cabinets?

Ladders
