Is the Windscreen in good condition?

Any damage to Bull Bar, Aero kit or Mudgaurds?

Any Hydraulic oi leaks on the Hydropack?

Is the Incab clean?

Is the Trailer Licence Valid?

Is the Fire Permit or Rotran Valid?

Any LPG leaks on flanges or fittings?

Any Hydraulic oil leaks on coupling, fittings or pumps?

Is the meter and Turbine sealed?

Is the bonding cable in good condition?

Any damage to Side Protection, Mudgaurds or Under run Chevron.

Are the fire extinguishers valid? Check date and pressure.

Is Truck and Trailer reverse horn working?

Is Delivery Hose and Nozzle in good condition?

Is brake Interlocking Valve on Loading Tray and Nozzle holder working?

Is Emergency shut off valve working?

Is all dust covers securely fitted on Loading and Delivery lines?

Any other findings?
