Small MDT room

  • Visually check light switches, lights and electrical sockets

  • Visually check Windows and window blinds for damage. Ensure all windows open / close correctly

  • Visually check all electrical sockets for damage and all extension leads are not overloaded and not not causing a trip hazard.

  • Visually check the window for damage and ensure the air condition works correctly

  • Visually check breakfast bar, table, and cabinets for damage.

  • Visually check all appliances for damage, have a PAT test sticker, and are clean.

SPoA / CICs room

  • Ensure the Paxton systems operates correctly

  • Visually check all lights, light switches and electrical sockets for damage

  • Visually check all desks, PC monitors, chairs and office furniture for damage

  • Ensure the fire extinguisher is present fire signs are viable

  • Ensure the fire door operates correctly and access routes are free from obstruction.

  • Ensure the air condition is working correctly

Large MDT room

  • Ensure Paxton reader is working correctly

  • Visually check all lights, light switches, electrical sockets for damage

  • Visually check all PC monitors, docking stations, desks and office furniture for damage

  • Ensure all fire extinguishers are present and are within service date, fire safety signs are visible, fire doors operate correctly, and access routes are clear from obstruction

  • Visually check all low level glass and window blinds for damage, and ensure windows open / close correctly.

  • Visually ensure the print room for damage and ensure there are no visible hazards

  • Ensure the air condition is working correctly and the room is clean and tidy.
