This audit report remains the property of BM TRADA. It was based on a sampling approach and therefore non-conformities may exist which have not been identified within this report. If non-conformities have been raised, it is the responsibility of the certified company to provide clear documentary evidence to support the closure along with full completion of each NCR form. Failure to provide adequate evidence may result in a further revisit by an auditor to witness the action taken to resolve any issues found, this will be at the cost of the certified company. BM TRADA shall keep confidential all information relating to the audit and your organisation and shall not disclose such information to any third party except as required by law or by BM TRADA’s Accreditation Bodies.
