Opening Duties

  • Prior to entering KNS proceed to the PKML Front Desk Office; Retrieve the cash float from Box 39

  • · Enter KNS through the designated staff entrance - through parking garage

  • Unlock back gate for staff access - if no one has already unlocked - key in parking garage

  • Place cash float in desk - $200

  • Wash hands following the Handwashing Hygiene Protocols

  • Complete Pomeroy Portal Covid-19 Pre-Screen

  • · At your assigned Concierge Station turn on computer

  • Login to Milano, Opera, Cloud PM, and your Spa Package report (located on your desk top), and Whats app on the computer.

  • Ensure Klickpay (purple) is open on every computer so we can process payments through Global Payments

  • · Complete PreShift Procedures [approximately 15minutes]

  • Create daily pass on in shared excel document

  • · Open Cash Float Spread Sheet and count cash (ensuring there is $200)

  • · Conduct proper key count send email

  • · Check calendar invites for Group Booking Information

  • Wash hands following the Handwashing Hygiene Protocols

  • · Open Spa Reception, and Massage Waiting areas, including:

  • · Turn on lights

  • · Turn on candles

  • · Plug in Trees

  • · Turn on Fireplaces

  • fill up ice cucumber water for massage area and check throughout day - order cucumbers from Bistro if they are running low

  • Turn fireplace on upstairs

  • · Open first set of inside doors

  • · Ensure all tissue dispensers and hand sanitizer are full

  • · Ensure all areas are clean and sanitized (see Cleaning and Sanitizing Protocol)

  • · Upon completion of opening Spa Reception, and Massage Waiting areas prepare for the arrival of guests by unlocking doors (code: 0720#) by 8:00 am

  • · Guests arriving to the Spa are number one priority; phones and emails are secondary during guest check in periods

  • Continue Cleaning and Sanitizing Protocols as well as Handwashing Hygiene Protocols throughout opening
