SECTION 1 - NOTICE OF CONCRETE OPERATIONS

  • Nature and Location of work to be inspected

  • Are you in possession of the most current set of drawings?

  • Are you in possession of the approved submittal and correct mix design?

  • Time available for inspection

Concrete pre-pour Inspection For:-

REINFORCEMENT and INSTALLATION

  • Blinding/Formation level checked befor installation?

  • Cover to concrete, Spacers & Chairs as per the spec & Drawing?

  • Is all reinforcing installed clean and free of debris? (top, Bottom & Verts)

  • Dimensions of prefab'd cages , Location Checked befor installing?

  • Rebar in its respective position according to the layout & Snap Tieed?

  • Have all the shear links installed ?

  • Bar size, spacing, & Lap lengths Fixed as per drawing's? (top, Bottom & Verts)

  • Fixer forman available on the location at time of inspection?

  • Date & Time steel Inspected

  • Forman Fixture

Formwork, Falsework & etc

  • LIne & Levels are setout at the correct location per the current set of drawings?

  • slab penetrations / Service pipes , Built in Items are installed at the correct location per the current set of drawings?

  • Joint details including waterbars installed per specification?

  • Cover to Reiforcement checked before Formwork?

  • Is the proper form release agent as defined in the specifications and approved submittals, on site in the work area and readily available in quantity necessary to cover the forms for the area of slab being placed?

  • Temporary work design approved and Permit signed off ?

  • Temporary work coordinator

  • Forms works have been installed to the drawings to insure that the slab, Vertical elements will be proper finish?

  • Are there any other slab penetrations that need to be verified by other trades?

  • If the product is a wall or column, has the correct type of form with the appropriate finish been used??

  • is the area Clean from dust, debris , Broken Tieing wires?

  • is the Area safe for pour?
