23.11. Confined Spaces Checklist

  • Has the commander and/or functional manager developed and implemented a written<br>confined space program? AFI 91-203 para. 23.2.7

  • Does the commander and/or functional manager ensure personnel who support the permit required confined space program are properly trained, equipped and qualified? AFI 91-203 para. 23.2.7.2

  • Does the commander and/or functional manager ensure required equipment is available and properly maintained? AFI 91-203 para. 23.2.7.3
