Information, Quality System and Contract Review

INSTRUCTIONS

  • This form is to be used for conducting the CAMO review of contracted base maintenance as part of the CAMO continued operations plan for remote working in response to the Covid 19 pandemic as per procedure CAMO-COP & TEMP PROCEDURES.

    The CAMO review shall be conducted by CAMO QE or personnel delegated by the CAMO QM with information provided by the base rep responsible for the aircraft check.

    It shall be completed after the base rep has conducted his review and before the aircraft is made serviceable in SAP.
    The output of this process is to approve the aircraft release in SAP (ATS).

    The following information is required;-
    1. Revision notification list
    2. Access to base rep documented records for aircraft check

  • 1 Has the base rep completed his review and is ready for the CAMO review?

  • You cannot proceed with is review until the base rep has conducted his review.

  • 2 Run a compliance check in SAP. Has all maintenance due before flight been planned into the revision?

  • 3 Have all notifications contained in the revision been TECO/NOCO?

  • 4 Have IE4N's been completed and all structure gaps reviewed and accepted?

  • 5 Are maintenance records (task cards / tech log) correctly certified for sample of completed notifications?
    Sample the scans/pictures of the completed cards/log pages that have been reviewed by the base rep.

  • 6 Are repairs documented on IFD Appendix 11, is it signed and have carry forward actions been raised as required?
    Sample repair documentation and carry forward actions raised.

  • 7 Is there any new damage to be recorded in DART and tech log damage charts?

  • 7.1 Has DART and damage chart been updated?

  • 8 Has the base CRS been completed and copy saved in base reps folder?

  • 9 All required tasks have been correctly certified in the tech log?

  • 10 All required tasks have been correctly certified in the cabin log?

  • 11 Any repeat inspections have been correctly reassessed?

  • 12 Any ADD's raised have been correctly entered as per MEL?

  • 13 Base rep records sampled are satisfactory to support aircraft ATS?

Completion Signoff

  • When satisfied with the review of records in support of the release to service, complete the sign off below and send to the base rep who shall ATS the aircraft and release the aircraft for flight.

  • Is the aircraft release approved?

  • Sign the station inspection as complete
