Does ant part of the project require further work to being it up to the agreed standard ?
Extra painting, electrical work etc:
Has the contractor followed relevant specifications and instructions ?
Were the appropriate Australian Standards followed
Has the contractor followed the correct Compliance Regulations
Have all required certificates been received by FSD (Plumbing / Electrical certificates) in a timely manner ?
Was the project completed within the agreed budget ?
Was the project completed within the agreed time frame ?
All project variances were presented in writing, to Project Manager within an acceptable timeframe
Was the response time within the required and/or expected time frame according to the Tender Document or Work Request
Permits completed in a timely manner ?
Have the craftspersons notes been updated appropriately
Did the contractors advise the Project Manager when they would be on site
Was the contractor helpful and courteous at all times
Any Incident /Hazards / Near misses reported during the project ?
Did the contractor, contractor staff, sub-contractors, and workers sign in/out when there were on site
Were all staff who worked on site fully inducted into the FSD System
Were all safety requirements carried out by the contractor (Contractor Audits, suitable barricading and signage, inspections etc)
Was the site clean and tidy at all times during the project
