  • Are all families should be separated and SKUs placed from smallest to biggest ?

  • Are stock room shelves well numbered with stickers? Does the shop have the correct stock levels in NOOS? |If not please advise action taken ?

  • Are there enough stock from all retail materials? (Bags, hangers, stands etc.) ?

Sales Staff

  • Are all employees wearing the appropriate uniform?

  • Do employees have good product knowledge/selling skills and are using them during selling process?

  • Are employees aware of the shop targets, KPI’s and their competitive advantage?

  • Are new staff well trained and are using product knowledge/selling skills during selling process?

  • Are there enough employees on the shop floor per shift?

Manager/Assistant

  • Is Store Manager / Assistant attendance appropriate and is available at shop during visit? If not please state why?

  • Are product knowledge/selling skills being taught, couched and followed up to old and new staff?

  • Is Target printed in stock room and target and KPIs followed up?

  • Are brief meetings held in the beginning of each shift?

  • Is Manager/Assistant well aware of competition’s info and has communicated it to staff?
