  • Pull a total of 20 cups to inspect.

  • Pull 10 cups from the WEST SIDE lip roller and 10 cups from the EAST SIDE lip roller.

  • Inspect the samples against CO-OP-1-305 Costco BRC Quality Guidelines.

  • WEST SIDE: Take photos of the 10 cups from the lip roller in a stack to show the quality of the lip roll. (Multiple photos must be taken to show the entire lip roll.) 4 photos required.

  • WEST SIDE: Take a photo of the inside of 3 cups from the lip roller to show the color quality. (Multiple photos must be taken to show inside cup color.) 3 photos required.

  • WEST SIDE: Look at the lip rolls at an angle. Are any defects in the rim visible? Defects include: Dents, cracks, no lip roll, short lip roll, thin spots, holes, chevron, pink, telescoping. See work aid attached above for defect examples and reference the posted quality guidelines for defects.

  • If defects are visible, take a picture of the defects.

  • Describe the defects that are visible.

  • What cavity(s) was the defect found on?
