SITE ACCESS ARRANGEMENTS

  • Does the employer have a queuing system to restrict people from entering the premises in large groups

  • COVID-19 Disaster Management Policy and Risk Mitigating Framework available

  • Ablution facilities are being kept clean on a regular basis and soap/ sanitisers being replenished.

  • Sufficient quantities of hand sanitiser based on the number of employees available.

  • All employees working away from the workplace are provided with sufficient hand-sanitizer.

  • Sufficient toilet facilities are available and provision is made for social distancing of 2 m apart from one another.

TEA AND LUNCH ROOMS

  • Employees can sit 2 metres apart from each other whilst eating to avoid contact.

  • Restriction is in place to limit the numbers entering the Lunch/Tearoom.

  • Surfaces between people using tables and facilities provided are regularly cleaned.

  • Where provision is made for drinking water cleaning arrangements are enhanced. (E.g. 20L Containers to be sanitized after use)

EMPLOYEE TRANSPORT

VULNERABLE & HEALTH CARE EMPLOYEES

  • Vulnerable employees Employees with cardiovascular disease, chronic heart disease, hypertension, stroke & diabetes, chronic lung disease, pregnant women, HIV and Aids) are all vaccinated (Including Healthcare employees)

  • Employees don't share tools or any other equipment not even pens.

  • No confirmed or suspected employee refused medical examination, treatment, isolation or quarantine.

  • Isolation room available and comply to requirements

  • Employees avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands

Personal Protective Equipment

  • Records are available that employees were issued individually with the required P.P.E., which include 2 x York Timbers Cloth Dust Masks

  • Employees were informed, instructed, and trained in using/wearing masks correctly.

  • Temporary PPE has been made available for external persons who wish to enter the premises.?
