CPC Requirements

  • All work and testing has been completed by the Contractor in accordance with the Contract Drawings and specifications and as required by the superintendent's Representative.

  • Date

  • All the common trenching and the installation of ETSA, SA Gas Co and Telecom apparatus in the trenching has been completed and any damage to water mains and services caused by the work has been made good as required by the Superintendent's Representative.

  • All valves and fire plugs have been checked by the Superintendent's Representative and Found to be operable with standard keys and standpipes.

  • Date

  • The certificates of compliance for the trench compaction tests have been provided to the Superintendent's Representative Water Supply Code of Australia (WSA 03-1999) & SA Water Supplementary Documentation.

  • Date

  • The roads in which any water mains or connections have been laid have been fully constructed and/or reinstated to the specification requirements of the Authority responsible for the roadway or as required by the Superintendent's Representative .

  • IS THIS A PARTIAL CERTIFICATE?

  • All the above requirements have been met and when security has been received and the 'as constructed' information certified correct by the Consultant to the satisfaction of the Manager Development Services the Certificate of Practical Completion can be issued.
