Terms, Conditions, & Financing Options

  • I/We the buyer(s) by my/our signature(s) agree that: All the work has been done as represented in this document. Payment is to be made at the completion of all the physical work - not the paperwork. (We've had inspections take up to 11-months to be completed. This is rare, no doubt, but we can't be at the mercy of some other entity that has no stake in the timely completion of a job). Any alterations or deviations from the specifications of this contract involving extra costs less than $500.00 will be executed by a verbal agreement between the Greer's representative and the owner or their representative. However, any extra costs greater than $500.00 will be executed only upon written change orders or as agreed to in writing prior to the execution of this contract, and in most cases will become an extra charge over and above the estimate/quote made here. If the invoice for this work is not paid in full within 30 days, I agree to pay 2% per month (24% annual rate) or the maximum allowed by law in the state of residence on the unpaid balance. If this invoice is placed for collection I agree to pay seller's attorney fees and any court costs. All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond the control of Greer's Service Company, Inc. and/or their sub-contractors. Owner is to carry fire, tornado, flood, and other necessary homeowner related insurance. The seller (Greer's Service Company, Inc.) will retain title to any equipment or materials furnished until full and complete payment is made, and if settlement is not made as agreed, the seller shall have the right to remove same and the seller shall be held harmless for damages resulting from the removal thereof. Financing is available through Wells-Fargo Retail Services: Home Projects Visa: Financing is available upon approved credit from Wells-Fargo for any balance from $1.00 to a maximum of $35,000.00. Greer's Service Company, Inc. will facilitate the completion of the paperwork and initiate the approval process. However, Greer's Service Company, Inc. has no say, whatsoever, in the approval process nor are we even contacted for our opinion, good or bad, one way or the other.
