Managing At-Risk and potential SIF behavior:<br>• For imminent, potential SIF behaviour, including breach of a safety Cardinal Rule:<br>o Stop the CWalk and immediately mitigate and/or prevent exposure to the risk.<br> Where the supervisor/manager is not present, request their immediate presence.<br> Point out the risk to the crew and support the crew in identifying a safer way.<br>o Do not resume work until the hazard(s) are controlled. <br>• Enter a near miss/good-catch report in UTrac2 system (Incident Report)<br>
