Line #3 MIXING ROOM

  • Stainless steel mixer, hopper from inside & outside. Clean & Sanitise

  • dough trolly must be clean and sanitise .

  • Under the hoper remove all dough and clean FLOOR

  • Under the conveyor belt remove all dough and clean underneath surface.SANITISE

  • Top white conveyor belt clean & sanitise

  • Dough waste trays to be clean and sanitise

  • Floors/Dough surrounded in mixing room must be, clean

  • Table need to clean in mixing room.

  • All blue buckets are must be clean & sanitise every day and washed on Friday.

  • CLEAN FLOOR AROUND THE OVEN AREA

EXIT AFTER OVEN BLUE CONVEYOR AND WIRED MESH BELT

  • Clean and sanitise blue conveyor belt. clean floor near and around blue conveyor belt.

  • FLOOR MUST BE CLEAN

  • Clean under the wired conveyor belt

  • Metal detector belt clean and sanitise.

LINE # 3 (PACKING ROOM )

  • Crumber machine must be clean & sanitise

  • Metal detector belt need to clean & sanitise

  • Bucket elevator conveyor need to clean and sanitise.

  • Air blow box machine and conveyor belts.

  • Packing room floor need to clean

  • Bins need to empty

  • Stainless steel table need to clean and sanitise

  • Floor must be clean. All broom, dustpan must be keep in cleaning area once finished cleaning.
