∙ relevant PPE to be worn prior to works commencing, gloves, hearing protection, uniformed with EKM Company Issued being worn, respirators

∙ Check for danger (yourself and others); safe to proceed

∙ Check and review Manual Handling, posture, and repetition; back pack shoulder straps in good condition

∙ Call supervisor on all emergency maintenance issues; and

Minor maintenance concerns to be reported daily (with photos) as per General Specification. ∙ For out of business hours emergencies, contact Margaret - take pics of issues

Cobwebs dusted and desks counter top surfaces cleaned

Carpets vacuumed

Pick up any rubbish inside and around the office areas and remove waste material for disposal as directed; replenish all bin liners

Clean all sinks and hand basins

Replenish toilet rolls;soap and paper towels
-
Clean handrails, Taps and stainless steel surfaces polish woth micro fibre cloths

Mop all tiled and laminated floor surfaces

Clean all mirrors and removal of surface scum and prints from mirrors surfaces

Spot clean glass and wall surfaces
-
Secure premises and call management of hazard and or repairs are needed

∙ Check/replace sharps containers including insert. The container will need to be replaced accordingly and sharps disposed of by taking them to local disposal facility
