Start of Shift

Retail

  • Ensure Temp checks, and all concession logs are complete

  • Inspect agitator for both poppers to ensure it is at the proper height

  • Inspect stand for safety and cleanliness issues and prepare list of corrective items to supplement daily cleaning lists.

  • Ensure Ice machine cleaning is completed with photo of chute and inside

  • Ensure perfect presentation and merchandising is in place for both warmers, candy racks, box office, display cases and merch rack

  • Review emails and action as needed. Provide note of all emails actioned or in need of action

  • Check Dates in concession stand for all temp control items. Ensure nothing is out of date and that day dots are used for all foods which require them. Include photo of hot dog buns in the warmer, specialty popcorns and both cheese machine cheeses

  • Note which projects will be delegated to who with before and after pictures

Usher/FOH

  • Walk the lobby and hallways starting from the front doors and following the guests path to the auditorium. Ensure presentation is perfect and enlist cast members to correct any obstacles in the guests way.

  • Ensure cast has all needed daily cleaning tools available including usher sheets. Ensure we do not have excess chemical on the usher cart or in the drawer for the cart

  • Check on janitorial closets to ensure stock levels, stock levels and organization.

General

  • Inventory all theatre technology assets and ensure devices are ready for propper use.

  • Ensure Registers, Equipment , TVS are on and operating properly

  • Review staff schedule and placements. Keep Managers abreast of any call-outs. Plan Breaks with the on duty AST.

  • Ensure Huddles / progress reports are conducted and that staff are compliant with policy,procedure and presentation including uniform.

  • Confirm completion of All daily checklists

  • Maintain a list of action items for the day.

  • Log into inmoment and note comments that need action as well as our CSAT score for current week.

  • Concession neat and clean with photos of concession stand, kitchen, freezer room and stock room - cleaning tasks delegated and being worked on

  • Review auditorium checks and restroom checks are up to date

  • Spot check auditorium cleanliness to ensure ushers are performing proper steps

  • Spot check a RR for cleanliness to ensure usher is keeping up with duties

  • Lobbies and hallways inspected for cleanliness and issues

  • Ensure Ushers have cleaning task delgated and being worked on

  • Ensure all checklists are complete and coach employees to finish. Hot Food, Ice Logs, Opening Checklists, and cleaning task lists should be complete. Coach to completion.

  • Ensure Stock Rooms, Break Rooms and Offices are handed over neat, clean and organized appropriately. Add a picture of the office, break room, guest services, janitor closet and stock rooms showing that everything is properly organized and clean.

  • Review emails with closing Manager to ensure all items have been actioned and that a formal handoff has occurred

  • BOR reconciled for matinee shift with any issues noted

  • Log into inmoment and note comments that need action as well as our CSAT score for current week.

  • Leadership Completing - Confirm all tasks are complete or note reasons anything is not

Start of Shift Evening

  • Ensure Temp checks, and all concession logs are complete
