  • Are the duty Boilers (1, 2 or 3) Operational?

  • Are the Gas Boosters Operational?

  • Reset Gas Booster, Did this resolve the issue?

  • Is the Boiler Room Supply Ventilation SF2 and / or Extract 5 Operational?

  • If you reset the ventilation plant SF2 and / or Extract 5, does the plant reset cause the Boilers to start?

  • Are the duty LTHW Primary Pumps (P1A, P1B, P1C or P1D) Operational?

  • Please state fault & request a reactive task to be raised for further investigation

  • Is Pressurisation Unit 01 Operational?

  • Please state fault & request a reactive task to be raised for further investigation

  • Are the duty Secondary Pumps (2A, 2B Or 2C) Operating?

  • Please state fault & request a reactive task to be raised for further investigation

  • Are Landlord Gas Boosters Operational?

  • Try resetting the gas booster, has this resolved the problem?

  • Are the Retail Gas Booster Operational?

  • Try resetting the gas booster, has this resolved the problem?

  • Are the Rain Water Booster Pumps HRW P1-P2 Operational & free of faults?

  • Can the leak be made safe? Contained?

  • Are the Control Panels free from any Fault Lights that require further investigation?

  • MCC Indicator lamps free from faults?

Level 12 Roof Plant Inspection

  • Are Chillers 1, 2 or 3 Operational?

  • Are any of the Chillers in fault? Please state which Chillers are in fault

  • Please state fault and request reactive task to be raised

  • Is Pressurisation Unit 10 A Operational?

  • Please state fault and request reactive task to be raised to resolve

  • Is Pressurisation Unit 10 B Operational?

  • Please state fault and request reactive task to be raised to resolve

  • Is Extract 16 (Serving Tea Points) Operational?

  • Please state fault and request a reactive task to be raised

  • Any Faults with the Dry Air Coolers?

  • Is the Level 12 Plant Room free from leaks?

  • If the leak is likely to cause damage notify Supervisor / Managers immediately and take steps to stop leak or prevent further damage. Request reactive task to be raised once made safe and enter task number here.

  • MCC Indicator lights free from faults?

  • Please state fault and request reactive task to be raised and enter here

Basement Mezz Checks

  • Are the CRAC Units in the Comms Room Operational?
