• Spinning Panel(s) / Dizzy Disc(s) inc bearing covers

Section 2 - Do the following have free movement ?

• Roller squeeze(s)

• Spinning Panel(s) / Dizzy Disc(s)

• Ball Cannon triggers and bases.

• Sky glide buoy

Section 3 - Slides

• Is the slide surface smooth and free of any protrusions or foreign objects

Section 4 - Steel structure

• Is padding in tact and adequate?

Section 5 - Soft Play Shapes

• Are the shapes clean and in good condition

Section 6 - Wall / Floor padding

• Is the vinyl free from tears / extreme wear?

Section 7 - Ball canyon

• Are the balls inflated?

• Are the corks securely fitted?

Section 8 - Ball pool(s)

• Is the ball pool and ball shower net free of any foreign objects?

• Have damaged balls been removed?

• Ensure that ball pool balls remain in ball pool.

• Are ball pool levels between 450mm and 600mm?

Section 9 - Netting Secure

• Is the netting secure and sufficiently tensioned?

• Is the netting free of any rips?

• Is all signage attached to netting correctly?

Section 10 - Emergency exit vinyl(s)

• Are the panels fixed securely with padlocks or other suitable fixing?

Section 11 - Interactive features

• Are all interactive features secured correctly and do the interactive features work correctly?

Section 11 - General

• Is the play area in general free of any foreign objects?

• Are the emergency doors free from obstruction?

• Are the emergency doors functioning correctly?

• Is all fire fighting equipment in place?

• Are all electrical cables safety routed and secure?

• Is the first aid box on hand and fully stocked?

• Is all signage in place and visible?

• Return all items from play area to their correct location.
