Day 3

  • Complete a high/low scan for entire dairy & adjust accordingly

  • Complete a ticket run for department

  • Review all POS (fins, decals etc) are current

  • Replace any damaged / illegible tickets

  • Shop floor cleaning standards are met

  • Bottom shelf of freezer shop floor is clean

  • Clean As You Go in place with team

  • All outstanding maintenance issues logged

  • Team rosters are aligned to fill / rumble hours

  • Promotional Tie up 100%

Day 4

  • All Dy/freezer stock worked with a PDT

  • All remaining backstock complete full investigation - MDQ / Forecast / Layout

  • Rumble department to standard

  • Spot code check as rumble completed - notate any findings

  • Huddle with team to review department standards

Day 5

  • Tickets clean, legible & nil missing

  • Rumble standards as per national standard

  • Filling is ticket-ticket (no overfilling / over facing)

  • SFP used

  • SFP neat

  • Cool Room standards are to national standard

  • Inventory accuracy & Process 100%

  • All layouts up-to-date

  • Rosters inline
