  • Fire doors clear of obstruction?

  • Self closing fire doors work correctly?

  • Push bars and handles work on fire doors?

  • Access and egress doors closing properly?

  • Weekly fire alarm test conducted?

  • Ongoing periodical maintenance contract for fire alarm system?

  • Fire detectors - call points, sounders in place, undamaged, uncovered, untampered with?
