D&S IFCA employees must report any accident incident or near miss. D&SIFCA has Health and Safety procedures and policies in place as well as risk assessments for its work. These can be accessed on the company server and on the members area of its website and have been shared with all employees. This IAuditor reporting system does not replace the D&SIFCA Accident record system in place. Employees must complete an accident record when back to their office work environment. If necessary the H&S Duty holder will investigate the accident incident and near miss.
