  • 5. Yard surface not causing risk? Water pooling, slippery, holes, uneven?

  • 6. Is the paving free from weed growing?

  • 7. Green areas in good condition? Trees healthy, grass cut and fresh green?

  • 8. Signage visible and intact?

  • 9. Smoking only in designated areas?

  • 10. External areas look clean and looked after?
