TUESDAY - Clean Coffee beans container (Close the container first, lift it up, put the coffee beans into a different container, clean by hand and do not scrub, dry before refilling back with the coffee.

TUESDAY - Clean the shelves below the till (take off the items and sanitise)

TUESDAY - Organise storage (Get rid of any full boxes, make sure shelves look tidy and accessible)

TUESDAY - Descale the dishwasher (Take the pipes out from dishwasher detergent and rinse aid tanks. Place 50ml of descaler into ready and hot dishwasher, run 5 washes, drain the dishwasher, place the pipes back onto the detergent tanks and turn on the dishwasher (it will take about 30 min to heat up).

TUESDAY - Ice Machine (Turn off the power first. Sanitise inside and out when empty. Turn on the power.

TUESDAY - Deep clean the bathroom (Use sanitiser to clean all surfaces, sink and bowl cleaner for the toilet).
