  • Are all racks and shelving in good condition?

  • Is the lighting adequate for working safely?

  • Is the cold room and freezer clean, tidy and stock rotated?

  • Safe Working Load (WSL) of storage is visibly marked and adhered to?

Emergency Procedures

  • Are emergency procedures displayed?

  • Are all fire exits accessible and unobstructed?
