  • 1. Baladiya/Municipality valid permission

  • 2. Maroor/Traffic valid permission

  • 3. Other concern authorities/parties valid permission (STC, telecoms, water departments and etc.)

  • 4. Traffic route diversion required

  • 5. Test pit/underground utilities surveillance done

  • 6. Approved Safety Officer designated

  • 7. Working area completely isolated

  • 8. Conrete barrier aligned and placed 0.5 meters apart

  • 10. Rotating/beacon lights in every trench corner and entry installed
