FOREMAN END OF DAY CHECKLIST AND SAFETY SIGN OFF.

  • Complete this form every day before leaving the job. Send just as you would your end of day safety sign offs, but make sure you copy your Supervisor. Make sure to provide pictures.

  • Did we reach our goal for the day? If not, explain why.

  • Be sure to complete the following checklist before leaving for the day. Your Supervisor must be copied on this every day when sent in before you leave the job.

  • Is all equipment and product stored neatly in shop area?

  • Equipment and Sprayers are cleaned and stored properly.

  • Sprayers and Compressors are bled and are not holding any pressure.

  • All trigger locks, guards, and safeties are engaged on sprayers and equipment.

  • Job site is free of trash, lunches, water bottles, sidewalks swept, carpet vacuumed, etc...?

  • Lifts/Booms moved to customer approved location?

  • Are all LOTO locks removed and accounted for?

  • Count your product and sundries.<br>Are all PO's sent in for work tomorrow?

  • Sprayers, Compressors, Etc.. are removed from site and returned to warehouse, stored inside, or chained and locked up to customer approved location to prevent theft?

  • Add media

  • Do you need anything from the warehouse? Have you called Rene and scheduled a time to pick up from warehouse?

  • Lifts/Rental Equipment called off for pickup? Call off confirmation number sent into Ops?

  • Is the customer aware that we are leaving for the day? <br>Does the customer approve your desired start time for tomorrow?

  • Crew is aware of where they are working tomorrow and the start time?

  • Remember to leave your job site as clean as possible every day. Keep track of your materials and make sure to send in your PO's early enough so they are ready for the next day. What else do you need to help you hit your goals, does the crew have any suggestions? Make sure your equipment is locked up and stored properly.
    Don't forget to update your Hours, Percent Complete, and Estimated Completion Date!
