  • How many cars on the lot when you arrived?

  • Order taker suggestive sells.

Delivery of Food

  • Carhop is in proper uniform (name tag, sonic hat, sonic shirt and has a smile).

  • Carhop is either walking with a sense of urgency or skating

  • Carhop tells you their name during interaction.

  • Did carhop ask if you needed and salt or ketchup? Sauce given if asked for?

  • Receipt is given without being asked. (include receipt number).

  • Carhop seemed friendly and glad you were there as a customer?

  • Carhop points out the red button if you need anything else?

  • Check back performed within 10 minutes.

Food quality

  • Food is hot and fresh?
