  • Are you required to work on a fragile roof? If so are details and dangers explained?

  • Are fire extinguishes associated with the task available?

  • Are people undergoing work trained in the use of fire extinguishers?

  • Have flammable liquids / materials been removed from the working area?

  • Have gas cylinders been properly secured ?

  • Is safe access and egress confirmed?

  • Are persons undertaking the work trained and supplied with breathing apparatus?
