• Signing this form is not admission that the defects have been agreed to, only that they have been formally documented for either discussion or rectification at a later date.
  Please also note that this is just an initial list conducted at the time of handover. The Owner will have the three -month liability period to identify any further defects that may be applicable. Please document these defects so they can be assessed when rectification works begin.
  All minor defects will be left for rectification at the end of the three-month liability period.
  All major defects that may affect the owner’s quality of living will be rectified as soon as possible.
  By signing this document, you are stating that you agree to take over possession of your new home and assume all responsibilities for insurances, maintenance and general care and that may come with this. As you may be unfamiliar with appliances, products & materials used in your house, we advise that you spend time reading through their warranties and terms and conditions to ensure they are met.
