Due Diligence checks - MPH Block Management

Check the fire panel, Is there any faults found ?
Check the Smoke detector and take pictures for evidence. Are they all in good condition with no damage ? Take photos for evidence
Check the emergency lighting. Is the green light illuminate and free from damage ? Take photos for evidence
Check the steps and rails on the stairs. - Are they secure and hazard free ? Take Photos for evidence
Check for general health and safety in the internal building. Take Photos for evidence.
Check for general health and safety in the external area. Take Photos for evidence. Take Photos for evidence
Are all fire doors closed and do they have fire strips intact ? Take Photos for evidence
Check external guttering - Is this still intact and free from leaks ? Take Photos for evidence
Is the elevator operational and free from damage ? Take photos for evidence.
