  • Check water slide flow (water comes out the holes at the top and flows out the bottom)

  • Check slide connections(water leaks/light between connections, rusty bolts, visible crack)

  • Check integrity of slide tower (rust/corrosion of stairs, fixings or mountings)

Afternoon 4:00pm

  • Pull out and check that checklists are being completed (CSO, LG,Gym)

  • Collect comments and suggestion forms and enter onto spreadsheet. Completed forms placed in Wayne's tray.

  • Assist reception with peak class periods

  • Pool area: secure pool cover auto slave at deep end of pool

  • Pool area: Assist lifeguard to wheel pool covers to shallow end

  • Pool area: Assist LG to use autoclave to place covers on main pool

  • Pool area: Ensure pool hoist has been set to charge, as per LG check list

  • Pool area: Lock exit door 5 (next to spa) & exit 6 (behind slide)

  • Wheel pool vacuum to main pool in front of ramp, plug into power point.- MON, WE'D & FRI

  • Straighten blue hose and connect to power box

  • Turn on vacuum at side (red button) then press round button on top

  • Check boiler room with LG

  • Lock glass sliding doors into pool area. To ensure alarm is not accidentally set off over night

Close 9:30pm

  • Close centre by announcement over PA

  • Turn off and lock center entry glass doors

  • Cafe - ensure door to outdoor seating is locked

  • Health club - ensure emergency exit door is closed

  • Cycle room - ensure fans and lights are switched off

  • Cardio room - lock emergency exit door. Ensure treadmills and fans are switched off.

  • Final walk through of all cubicles and change rooms; check the whole centre is empty

  • Record people counter reading:

  • Advise cleaners that you are leaving and lock entry and reception doors

  • Lock lower car park gate.
