    0 - No effort given or a complete disregard for company policy by employee.
    1 - The desired task, behavior, or condition is not performed regularly or done enthusiastically.
    2 - The task, behavior, or condition is performed on an occasional basis or with resistance.
    3- The task, behavior, or condition is performed regularly.
    4 - The task, behavior, or condition is performed regularly, satisfactorily, and with enthusiasm.
    5 - The employee is fully compliant with little or no room for improvement.
    To complete the audit an answer must be given for recommended training and the employee must provide his'her signature.
    Scores of 0 - 44: FAIL
    Scores of 45 - 64: Needs Immediate Improvement
    Scores of 65 - 79: Satisfactory
    Scores of 80 - 99: Exceeds Expectation
    Scores of 100 and Above: This person is near perfect and should be performing an audit on you.

  • The vehicle's tires, tire tread, rims, lugs, etc are in satisfactory condition.

  • The vehicle's horn, wipers, gauges, lights, and other safety features work in satisfactory condition.

  • The vehicle's insurance, registration, inspection status, signage, and related items are in satisfactory condition.

  • Does the employee comply with GPS program? Check GPS stats for vehicle used and check GPS unit for signs of tampering.

  • Does the employee follow the given work plan for his/her job duties?

Task Knowledge

  • Does the employee know the effects of products used to himself/herself, other people, and pets/animals?

  • Does the employee know the effects of products used to the surrounding environment?

  • Does the employee have a thorough working knowledge of the equipment he/she is using?

  • Does the employee know what effects the current weather conditions have on his/her job duties?

  • What areas could the employee benefit from additional training?
