Are the fences in good condition?

Is the plant and equipment overall in a satisfactory condition? (visual inspection only)

Are safety data sheets available?

Are waste bins on site?

Are they segregated?

Are heritage issues being well managed?

Are fire extinguishers available and in date?

Is there any evidence of unauthorised discharges, overflows, odours or other pollution events?

Is there any land contamination visually apparent?

Are known site contamination risks being managed?<br>

Is the Veolia area free of dumped materials and rubbish?

Is the wider buffer area free from dumped materials or rubbish?

Is the site free of noxious weeds?
