  • Shop Exterior is clean and organized? Main entrance door is spotless ( Only for shop )

  • All Display freezers Temperature is -18C or below ? If not take photo.

  • All meals are organized in the display freezers by first in / first out order ? Old stock need to be displayed first and new stock in the bottom

  • All meals have sleeves, labels, prices and production and expiry stickers ? If not take photo and report

  • Heating unit are connected and clean and sanitised ? Take photo

  • Enough stock of cutleries and plastic plates? if not send a note

  • Main Shop Only : All plants are clean and well maintained ?

  • Main Shop Only : Back Area is clean and organized ? Take photo

  • Main shop Only : Enough stock and carry bags ? If not , add a note
