1. Do you have the E&V SDS book as well as the subcontractors?

2. Is the supervisor holding weekly toolbox talks?

3. Are all posters, as required by law visible?

4. Are emergency and medical numbers posted?

5. Are first aid kits well stocked?

6. Is there a trained "first aider" on the job site?

7. Is there an adequate supply of fire extinguishers?

8. Are toilet facilities adequate and clean?

9. Do all exits provide free and unobstructed egress?

10. Are all alternate routes identified?

11. Is access to construction area limited to authorized personnel?

12. Do doors entering construction from clean areas have closers?

13. Is the necessary personal protective equipment being used? (Hard hats, safety glasses, boots, hearing protection, ect.)

15. Is job site kept clean and materials properly stockpiled?

16. Are debris removed daily in suitable containers?

17. Are proper procedures for confined space entry being followed?

14. Is fall protection being used where required?

18. Are GFCIs being used?

19. Have electrical cords been inspected for broken insulation and damaged plugs?

20. Are all power tools safe, with guards in place and in good working condition?

21. Are all holes in floors covered or guard railed?

22. Are railings safe and maintained?

23. Are top and mid rails at the proper hight? (mid 21"/ top 42" +or- 3")

24. Is all scaffolding properly installed and inspected?

25. Are oxygen and acetylene tanks capped, secured, and separated by 20 feet if not in used?

26. Are all rebar caps in place?

27. Is heavy equipment safe and in good running condition with operator wearing seatbelt?

28. Are excavations safe from cave-ins and do they have proper egress?

29. Is the public protected from exposure to open excavation and/or dangerous situations?

30. Are containers properly labeled?

31. Are ladders safe and being used properly?

32. Do ladders have legible capacity stickers?

33. Are temporary construction partitions and containment barriers sealed?

34. Is negative air maintained?

35. Are negative air machines running and filters clean?

36. Are negative air discharge hoses intact?

37. Are air vents sealed or blocked off?

38. Are walk off mats kept clean?

39. Are floors in area adjacent to construction clean?
