Never stood on back bumper to get ladder down from roof rack
Kept tools and materials within 6' of point of installation
Worked at waist height whenever possible
Manually handled material stored / staged 24" or higher off the ground
Always maintained 3 points of contact when climbing ladders or walking up or down stairs
Wore proper PPE such as eye, hand, head, hearing, knee, etc.
Made no more than 2 trips to vehicle for tools, materials, parts, etc during each service call
Did not work in awkward body postures unless required by equipment placement
Used a headlamp instead of flashlight in the mouth while working in low light areas
All tools in working order and batteries fully charged
