Lifting Equipment

  • Overall vehicle body condition (tyres lights)

Audit Closed Out

  • Required Date of completion / Close-Out

  • Additional Notes on Audit

  • The Team is responsible for fixing the defects/damage/ordering material.

  • Feedback from all Technicians on the audit.

Audit Result:

  • PASS= Team to audited again in scheduled audit period (6 months)

  • FAIL= Team to be re-audited within 2 month period

  • Audit report to be issued to the team explaining what improvements must be made / then closed off
