Grill -- standards, cook time, cleanliness

  • Show proper cooking procedure for scrambled egg

  • Is prince castle set up correctly and being used with proper timers and no expired product?

  • Dresser station -- good quality produce?

  • Walk in freezer & cooler -- clean, no rust or water/ice build up, clear floors

Cleanliness -- freezer, cooler, storage area
