EVSE Environmental Checklist

Is the location of the EVSE adequately lit for safe usage/maintenance?

Is the EVSE installed in a hazardous area where flammable/combustible materials are present

Has the integrity of the EVSE enclosure been compromised by mechanical damage?

Could the condition of the EVSE give rise to risk to the public/user?

Lock out and report to supervisor immediately.

Is there evidence of moisture ingress, scorching on the EVSE or on the connector pins?

Are the owner/operator details clearly marked on the charger?
