  • Have you checked above the boiler for the integrity of the boiler flue? (Photo Required)

  • Are all lights, security lights, TV, extractor fans, guttering and downpipes in working order and has the customer checked this?

  • Have you ensured there are no gaps in the system? For example, under the apex in the corner, or in the corners of windows?

  • Have all exterior walls been insulated and NOT JUST mesh and rendered? (Basically any wall that keeps the inside of the home warm needs to have insulation on it on the outside)

  • Is the extractor vent ducting attached to the outside vent cover with no gaps?

  • Is the Water Tap lagged? (Photo required if there is a tap)

Lights, Guttering and Downpipes

  • Have you put the guttering and downpipes back up?

  • Is the guttering securely connected back together?

  • Do all guttering downpipes have 3 clips?

  • Have all lights been put back up and are they working correctly

Electric and/or Gas Meter Box

  • Does the Electric Meter Box Open

  • Have you insulated the Electric Meter Box Lid? (**Photo Required** if applicable)

  • Please **DO NOT** insulate the Gas Meter Box Lid

Silicone

  • Silicone where the insulation meets the soffit/verge trim? (1 photo for evidence)

  • Silicone around all external background vents / apex vents? (1 photo for evidence)

  • Silicone under all window sills? (1 photo for evidence)

  • Silicone on window sill corners - USE C1 Silicone for Window Sill Corners? (1 photo for evidence)

  • Silicone around all extractor fan vents? (1 photo for evidence)

  • Silicone around all light fittings? (1 photo for evidence)

  • Silicone around any electrical sockets or junction boxes? (1 photo for evidence)

  • Silicone around any door numbers? (1 photo for evidence)

  • Silicone around any handrails? (1 photo for evidence)

Sign off Sheet

  • Has the customer signed the sign off sheet? (Photo required)

  • Has the new form been signed by the customer?
