Instructions: Product is to be checked prior to use on a daily basis for both temperature and quality. Quality may include any physical indicators of deviance from the product specifications. Product must be processed within 2 hours if it comes above 5°C, or must be returned to the cooler or freezer. All unacceptable product temperatures must be immediately reported to the production supervisor and SQF Practitioner. A Corrective Action Report must be filled out if product is above 5°C for longer than 2 hours, or fails the initial quality check for any reason
