Stockroom

Workstations

Pole Hoist

  • Load capacity posted and visible on hoist

  • Monthly inspection file available and up to date

  • Daily inspection and hand signals posted at hoist

  • All pole tongs are legibility rated or tagged

  • Panel boxes at pole hoist

Crew tools and Equipment

  • All cutting tools have proper guards

  • All grounds and cover up in date

  • All sticks in date or stored for shipment and marked

  • Grinder guard within 1/4" and rest within 1/8" of wheel

  • All equipment guards in place and in good condition

  • All inoperable switch sticks are tagged out of order
