Do extension cords pass through or under doors?
Are there tripping hazards in the walkways?
Are storage rooms organized and free of hazards?
Is the building in good repair? (No structural issues, leaks, A/c or heating issues.)
Are stairwells properly lit?
Are stairwells free from obstructions?
